How much am I charged for shipping?

It won't cost you anything if your order is more than RM90. Order less than RM90 will charge estimate RM8 – RM12 Peninsular Malaysia RM20 - RM50 East Malaysia. International buyer shipping fee will be quote according to your address.


Delivery Time

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.


Shipping and delivery estimates

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.


Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can also view this information by checking the tracking no provided in the email.


If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.


What time will my order be delivered?

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Residential & Commercial

You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by the tracking no proved in the email for the latest status of your order. MBH and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.


Signature on delivery

Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.


Returns must be done within 30 days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package.
    And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

    1. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

    2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.

    3. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

  • Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:

    1. In the interests of hygiene: Ag+ Ionic silver, Arcobaleno air purifier solution , Bio Pest Solution and Divina pure essential oil, cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

    2. Once Used: All electrical and appliances like humidifier and air purifier, and other MBH PRODUCTS brand appliances.

    3. Customised/made-to-order goods, special order items, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A 30% restock fee will be charged for refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
